What stage is the company at?
We're pre-seed and growing fast. Fieldsity is live with paying customers and we're preparing for our seed round. This is the ground floor — maximum impact, meaningful equity, and the chance to shape everything.
How do you use AI in development?
AI is core to how we work. We use Claude Code for code review, architecture discussions, and paired programming. Cursor is our 'current' IDE of choice. We're building AI features into the product itself. If you're excited about AI-augmented development, you'll fit right in.
What's the team like?
Headquartered in Chicago with deep roots in Wisconsin — three founders grew up in Fond du Lac, perfectly positioned between Lambeau Field (Go Pack Go!) and Milwaukee (Bucks, Brewers, and great beer). Our team spans the Midwest and beyond, working remotely but staying tight. We connect online daily and get together several times a year to build, learn, and argue about whether Aaron Rodgers made the right call. Midwestern work ethic meets modern software — plus memes, dad jokes, and zero ego.
What does success look like in the first 90 days?
Week 1: Ship something to production. Month 1: Own a feature end-to-end. Month 3: Be a domain expert in your area, driving roadmap decisions. We move fast and expect you to have impact immediately.
