Fieldsity started in the Midwest — three founders from central Wisconsin who grew up watching local contractors, landscapers, and tradespeople build businesses the hard way. We saw the same problems everywhere: scattered schedules, lost paperwork, unpaid invoices, and too much time spent on admin instead of actual work.
The existing software was either too complicated (built for enterprises) or too basic (glorified spreadsheets). Nobody was building for the contractor who wants to grow their business without hiring an IT department.
So we built what we wished existed: powerful tools that are actually simple to use. Software that helps you look professional, stay organized, and get paid — without the learning curve. We've traveled the country learning from home service pros of all kinds, but our roots stay planted in the Midwest. That's where we learned what hard work looks like.
